How do I see my score and come back later?
After you save your contact details, we email a secure link to your borrower profile. Use it to confirm your personal information and authorize a soft pull. Your returned score stays in your profile alongside your application steps. Return through Borrower sign-in whenever you’re ready to continue. A middle score requires all three bureau scores; otherwise we label the available qualifying score.
Will this affect my credit score?
A soft credit inquiry does not affect your credit score. Starting here does not run an inquiry. This form asks for your estimated credit range. Your loan officer will guide you through a separate soft-pull request. A hard inquiry may be required later if you proceed with a loan.
Do I get my pre-approval instantly?
When you complete the form, we automatically prepare and email your initial conditional pre-approval PDF together with your secure portal sign-in link, using your purchase price or budget and planned down payment. This initial letter uses the information you provided; credit, assets, and the property have not been verified. Your loan officer will follow up for review and a separate credit request. Final financing remains subject to underwriting approval.
Do I need a property under contract?
No. You can begin with your purchase budget and where you plan to buy. If you already have a contract, provide the property details so your loan officer can review that purchase.
What should I have ready?
Have your purchase price or budget, planned down payment, estimated credit range, and contact information ready. If you’re under contract, include the property address. A purchase price or estimated budget and planned down payment are required to prepare your letter. No LLC name is needed for this initial letter. Your loan officer may request entity documents, identity details, residence history, bank statements, and photo ID during review.
Is this for a home I plan to live in?
This page is for DSCR financing on investment properties. If you’re buying a primary residence or second home, call us so we can help you find the right application path.
Does a pre-approval guarantee financing?
No. A pre-approval is conditional and subject to satisfactory review of credit, assets, the property, and final underwriting. Your issued letter includes the proposed terms, conditions, and expiration date.
