A strong request connects four things: the land, the financing purpose, the numbers, and the repayment plan.
Describe a property someone can locate
Start with the address or parcel identifier, country, region, and nearest town. Include approximate area and the unit used—acres, hectares, or square meters. Explain the current land status, access, improvements, and zoning or approval progress.
Be specific about unfinished work. “Subdivision application submitted; hearing date pending” gives more useful context than describing a site as development-ready when approvals remain outstanding.
Choose the purpose, then explain the situation
Our form includes Land, Acquisition, Bankruptcy, Cash-out, Development, Foreclosure, Note Purchase, Refinance, Workouts, and Other. Select the closest match and use the financing notes to describe what the funds need to accomplish.
For an acquisition, mention the purchase status. For a refinance or workout, explain the existing debt. For a note purchase, identify the underlying real estate and the status of the note. Include important contract, maturity, or court-related dates where relevant.
Keep the amounts separate
Enter the requested loan, estimated collateral value, and debt payoff individually. Use zero when there is no existing debt. All form amounts are in USD; explain any foreign-currency assumptions in the notes.
State whether values and payoffs are estimates or supported by current documents. If the goal is a particular amount of usable cash, identify that amount separately from the gross loan request.
- Requested financing and intended use of the proceeds.
- Property value and the basis for that estimate.
- Debt to be paid off and any known additional liens.
- Planned repayment source and the timing behind it.
Give the team a way to follow up
Use the phone country associated with your number, independently of the property country. Select whether you prefer email or phone contact and identify your role in the transaction.
After reviewing the initial request, the team may ask for title information, valuation materials, ownership documents, or other supporting records. Existing liens are details to address in the proposed closing structure, not facts to leave out. Sending the form does not run a credit check or constitute an approval.
Let’s put your property in focus.
Share the land, the financing you need, and your timeline. No credit check is required to send a request.
